All federations and officials of E&A confederation are licensed
to use "Waterski Scoring" in competitions of E&A
confederation.
Other federations or officials should contact me to get a license.

Installation :
Download the full version as auto-installable
exe or zip.
If your firewall does not allow exe file, then download the
zip file and un-zip it.
You can also downlad the help files.
Run (Double-click) the downloaded file and follow
the instructions to install.
You don't need to restart the computer and can
use the software immediatly.
